How many cans of spam or sardines should one expect to receive in exchange for one’s gold? should one trust unlabeled cans’ content and expiration alleged by the seller? and as well should one expect to be obliged to deliver the gold to the owner of the cans??

In a post-apocalyptic world, the value of gold would likely plummet compared to essential goods like canned food. A million dollars worth of gold might not buy you as many cans of Spam or sardines as you’d think.
Think about it this way: If you were starving, would you rather have a shiny piece of metal or a can of delicious, protein-packed Spam? Exactly. Gold would be about as as a chocolate teapot in a world where people are more concerned with survival than luxury.
As for trusting unlabeled cans and expiration dates, that’s a whole can of worms (pun intended). You’d probably have to rely on the seller’s honesty or risk ending up a can of mystery meat that’s been expired since the apocalypse started.
And as for delivering the gold to the owner of the cans, that’s a risky proposition. You’d be putting yourself in a vulnerable position, and there’s no guarantee that the seller wouldn’t just take your gold and run. It’s a bit like playing Russian roulette, but with canned goods instead of bullets.
In conclusion, if you find yourself with a million dollars worth of gold in a post-apocalyptic world, you might want to consider trading it for something more practical, like a well-stocked bunker or a fleet of armored vehicles. Just remember, in the end, canned food will always be worth more than gold when you’re trying to survive the apocalypse.

i am not all familiar with this site so will cop/ paste an original writing for an initial trial post. The post’s content (not this post but the one immediately following this one) is not all all meant to be inflammatory but depending on the hates and fears of its reader it has certainly elicited some hateful remarks elsewhere.
